For those who can't wait and prefer immediate gratification, we also offer a same-day delivery option for a nominal $50 fee. It's the perfect choice for those eager to relive their moments right away.

And for grander events like weddings, where every detail matters, we promise to deliver your final gallery within 7 days. We understand the importance of preserving these cherished memories promptly, ensuring you can revisit and share them with your loved ones without delay.

For our real estate clients, we recognize the urgency in getting your property showcased promptly. That's why we guarantee delivery of your real estate photos ASAP, with a commitment to deliver within no longer than 24 hours. At Jill Matthews Photography, we take pride in not only capturing your moments but also in delivering the memories to you swiftly, tailored to the unique needs of each photo session.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: We appreciate your interest in working with us on your upcoming shoot and are excited about the creative journey ahead.

To ensure that we can dedicate our full attention and resources to each project, we kindly request a 25% retainer upon booking. This retainer not only secures your spot in our busy schedule but also allows us to plan and prepare thoroughly to deliver the exceptional results you deserve. The retainer is non-refundable.

As a small business, turning away potential projects when our calendar is booked is a difficult decision, and your commitment through the retainer helps us manage our workflow effectively. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible.
